A Menstrual Health and Hygiene Workshop for girls of classes 6th to 8th was organized. Maj Usha Rani, MNS officer posted in MH Khadki, educated the students about this essential topic, helped break taboos in order to promote a healthier, more inclusive environment. The workshop was well- received, with students expressing relief at being able to discuss menstruation openly without judgment.

On 14th November, Children’s Day, APS DIGHI celebrated Bagless Day with creative activities. The students showcased their artistic talents through vegetable painting, collage making using natural materials and drawing Warli art, fireless cooking, doll making, games etc. They also performed an energetic and vibrant dance, adding joy to the celebrations. It was a fun-filled day, encouraging imagination and creativity, while giving children a chance to express themselves through unique and vibrant art forms. Teachers prepared a few surprises just for the students, they performed dances, skits, and songs through a special assembly to bring a smile to their faces. The children sat back, relaxed, and enjoyed the show!

APS Dighi organised a picnic to Imagica for classes 6th to 12th. This popular theme park is located in Khopoli is known for its thrilling rides, water park, and entertainment zones. The picnic was a resounding success, providing students with a much needed break and an opportunity to bond with their peers outside the school environment. The trip was filled with laughter, excitement, and memorable experiences.

Constitution Day was celebrated with a special assembly. The program included a prayer, a speech on the significance of the Constitution, and a skit showcasing its core values. Students and staff collectively read the Preamble, reaffirming their commitment to constitutional ideals. The Principal emphasized the importance of upholding these values in daily life. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem, fostering patriotism and awareness among students.
