OBJECTIVE:
The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020’s, objectives of teacher training are aligned with transforming the education system to meet contemporary needs.
- Continuous Professional Development (CPD): NEP 2020 emphasizes lifelong learning for teachers through regular in-service professional development opportunities.
- Strengthening Teacher Education: It stresses the need for multidisciplinary, practice-based, and competency-focused teacher preparation.
- Fostering a Holistic and Multidisciplinary Approach: NEP 2020 promotes the idea of teachers being prepared to nurture critical thinking, creativity, and holistic development in students.

DAY 1:
- Opening Address: Dr. Yasmin Kaur set an encouraging tone.
- Yoga Meditation: Conducted by Mrs. Deepa Nikesh to promote mindfulness.
- Collaborative Learning & Phonics: Sessions by Ms. Vaishali Siraskar, Mrs. Shikha Jain, and pre-primary teachers provided valuable insights.
- Empowering Learners through Action Research: Session by Dr. Jayshree Venkatraman.
- Self-Care & Mental Health: Focus on educator wellness.
DAY 2:
- Assessment Types, Tools & Techniques: Session by Dr. Yasmin Kaur.
- Introduction to Canva: Educators learned powerful new tools from Ms. Neha Bahuguna.
DAY 3:
- Holistic Personality Development: Conducted by Mrs. Preeti Sharma & Mrs. Sarika Athale.
- Tech in Teaching: Effective use of Interactive Panels and OneNote app by Mrs. Honey Bhowmick & Mr. Prince Kumar.
- Curriculum Frameworks (NFC & RTE): Session by Mr. Dayanand Shinde.
- Fostering Empathy in Classroom: By Mrs. Varsha Pandey & Mrs. Ekta Gautam.
- Financial Management: Insights provided by the HDFC team.
DAY 4:
- Holistic Progress Card: Comprehensive student assessments by Mrs. Devina Shardul.
- Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS): Practical strategies from Mr. Sudhanshu Nayak.
- Inclusive Education: Strategies for accommodating diverse learning needs.
DAY 5:
- Happy Classroom: Workshop by Mrs. Madhulika Bhupatkar on fostering a positive learning environment.
- Stress, Time Management & Behavioral Disorders: Practical insights from Mrs. Kiran Singh.
DAY 6 & 7:
- Experiential Learning Workshop: By Mrs. Padmaja Chavali
